Q: What are your shipping times?A: Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!
The majority of our orders arrive within 2-3 weeks but they can take longer if you live in a rural area.
Q: How do I track my order?

A: We send an email with your tracking number when we fulfil your order. By clicking our the tracking provided in this email, a new page showing the status of your order will open.
Q: What are your refund/return policies?
A: Depending on the circumstances (major defect or late package arrival), we will refund the case, ship another or give a discount. If for any other reasons you want a refund, contact us at thatpuffercase@gmail.com
